Café Society - Burning Down the House

One hadn't imagined one would ever have the opportunity to see David Byrne in concert, with or without the Talking Heads, let alone in such a vibrant show.  But there he was, all in white, Olympic White Stratocaster et al.  Byrne being more of an artist than a rock star, this was his 30 year retrospective of his collaborations with Brian Eno.  The select band of session sharks more than made up for the absence of the Heads, as the Olympia thumped and thudded with a thousand middle-aged white funk lovers.
